  • Can I place my order without registering?

    Yes, you can check out as a guest. Registering however, will not only save you time when you return to make additional purchases or to view your purchase history, but you will also automatically be enrolled in our Loyalty Program and immediately begin earning points for gift cards.

  • What if I forgot my password?

    On the log in page, select the “Forgot your password?” link.

  • Are the prices in US$ or CDN$?

    All prices listed on the US toggle option are in US $.

    All prices listed on the Canadian toggle option are in Canadian $.

    Any exchange rates will be set by your bank.

  • What are my shipping options?

    Estimated delivery windows are an estimate only, and are not guaranteed. Orders will be shipping within 1 to 4 business days after placing order. Standard shipping generally arrives within 3-7 business days.

  • How much is shipping?

    Standard shipping is free for orders over $35.00 (before tax & after discounts). Regular (standard) shipping is $4.00 flat rate.

  • How can I track my order?

    We will send you an email when your order is shipped. This email will contain your tracking number.

  • Do gift cards expire?

    No, Gift Cards, eGift Cards and credit notes do not expire. However, they will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • How do I participate in the Guarantee Fit Program?

    We want to empower you to make your first online shopping experience with us confidently! Just type “GET FIT” in the comments section when you place your first order.

  • What if my items are damaged or incorrect?

    Unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen. If something has gone wrong with order, please contact us at sales@nailedgolf.com and we will work with you to sort it out ASAP.

  • What are my shipping options?

  • What to do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

    Please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the subject line URGENT as soon as you discover the error. Nailed Golf can not be responsible for this if shipment has already been processed.

  • Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

    Reach out to us by replying to your order confirmation email with your request and someone will contact you as soon as possible.

  • Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

    Some items can be pre-ordered if sold old, the system will tell you that the item you have selected is available for pre-order. If the message states the items is sold out, it cannot be pre-ordered at this time.
