Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product for another.

Sale item returns will be processed for store credit under the return policy noted here.

We accept returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date. Only items that are unworn, unwashed and in original packaging and tags, may be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@nailedgolf.com. Once we have received the returned item, we will credit back your account for the amount minus the shipping costs, within 1 week.

If product is damaged within 30 days of purchase with normal use, we will exchange for a similar product.

Normal use is at the discretion of Nailed Golf upon receiving specific details around product use and clear images.

Please note that the shipping fees must be covered by the customer, unless the original products are defective.

Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery windows are an estimate only, and are not guaranteed. Orders will be shipping within 1 to 3 business days after placing order. Standard shipping generally arrives within 2 to 5 business days.

 

Nailed Golf Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.nailedgolf.com (the “Site”).

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

 

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

 

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

 

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
